Gel by far! But that's just me.What nail extensions are best?
Gel, But I dont reccomend if not done proffesionally.
They killed my nails and now they have stopped growing annoyingly just as I cut them so now I have had lovely bitten short nails for the past 3 years !
None of em - they destroy your natural nails. And they look sooooo false.
