Nail extensions help?

iv had gel nail extension done and tried to remove them myself, now one hand looks like frankinstine, does any one have any tips of removing them at home its too late in the evening to go to a salon?Nail extensions help?
Soak them in pure acetone for 20-30 minutes. Do not rip them off, tear them off, or pry them off as any of these WILL cause damage to your natural nails.Nail extensions help?
Depends on where you are. You need a solution to remove them properly, if you have that then it can be done at home. Can be bought in the beauty wholesalers
One word- Acetone!!

Soak until the nails go all squishy, usually for about 20-30 minutes and they should easily come off.

If your having trouble try using a buffer, this will coax the nail off.
Soak your nails in acetone nail remover. It will take a long time, but the gel nails will dissolve. Your nails will look bad for about a month or so. Keep clear nail polish on them (Sallie Hanson makes a good one) and they should be fine.
if u have nail polish remover with acetone init soak yr nails in this it should help lift the nails, buff yr nails with a nail buffer then use a good hand cream daily
Buy some acetone and put it in a bowl then put that bowl on top of a bowl of boiling water. Let your fingers soak in the acetone for a while, it should then peel off easily.
You need to soak them in pure acetone for ages.

Take each hand out and scrape the now peeling gel off with a rubber nail hoof.

Put each hand back in the acetone and repeat each stage.

When all the gel seems to be off file lightly over the top of the nail put some oil on the nail ideally Solar Oil if not olive oil will do and put on nail strenghthener now every day and the oil as your nails will be very weak for a while.

It is best to get the nails off professionally or at least let a proffesional take a look at some point when you have taken them off as they can be damaged
Firstly you have go to a salon to have nail extensions take off, because you can damage your nail forever. They should have told you this at the salon or who ever applied them on for you.

Accetone is what they use in salons to remove them: this can be bought in a bottle on its own, or any cheap nail varnish remover will contain accetone.

How to use accetone:

1. poor it into a bowl, a think plastic one, as accetone melts plastic (like it will the nail extensions) Dont throw this down your sink afterwards, it melts plastic pipes. Poor it into a old towel, tissue (so it soaks in)and throw it in the bin.

2. cover your fingers, not the nails in oil to protect them, or cuticle protector. Accetone will dry your fingers out.

3. keep all your finger nails in there for 15mins ish, they will begin to melt off.

4. use a wooden stick (orange stick us beauty therapist call them) to remove the nail extensions.

DO NOT PICK THEM OFF before they are melted, you will damage your nail.

If you go to a salon they will do this for you, not very expensive, its part of the service.

Hope i helped
