it will take a good few months for your nails to be restored to their natural strength, but i have found an amazing product for strengthing nails its called nail magic, you can buy this in sallys hair and beauty, seriously im a hairdresser and my hand are alwqays in and out of water and with the chemicals we use, my nails used to bend all the time and now they are as hard as nails......... really you must get this product as use it as instructed!

Six months to get lovely strong long nails again! Try using Sally Hansen maximum growth or the stuff in the golod bottle(can never remember what its called) and use loads of cuticle cream and gentle buffing once a week to encourage growth.
Do them some special treatment. And it's not even expensive to buy a protein full special manucure, it will last 2 weeks or so. Don't worry I had the same problem so i know.
depends on how damaged your own hails are, I would make sure you wear nail harder on your nails at least for 6 months. around that time the old damaged nails should grow out of the nail bed.
yer nails will be ok after you move out of the ghetto.
u definatly hav patience 2 wear those xtensions 4 such a lng tym...newz...try usin oriflame nail strengthner or sm booster.....n keep buffin ur nails....gud luck...!!
